Wells Fargo wanted to shine a light on the passionate people behind their bank, so they brought us in to create a couple employee profile films in Portland. Over the course of two days, we got to know their team, listening to their stories and capturing the personalities that make their work meaningful.
Our approach was simple: highlight what makes each individual unique while showing how their dedication to the community creates real impact.
As an agile Shields Films crew, we were able to capture authentic, unscripted moments. Using cinematic camera work and a custom lighting setup, we crafted polished films that feel warm, personal, and true to the people behind the brand.
