Southern Oregon Seismic Bridge Project
Strengthening Southern Oregon’s Transportation Infrastructure
Based in Orange County, Shields Films partnered with DOWL to create a compelling project video highlighting the Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) seismic resilience improvements in Jackson County, Oregon. Through expert post-production, aerial storytelling, and strategic visual communication, existing footage and photographic assets were transformed into a clear and engaging presentation of this critical infrastructure initiative.
The project includes the seismic retrofit of 10 bridges and the replacement of 3 additional structures, helping to improve the safety, reliability, and long-term resilience of the region’s transportation network. By effectively communicating the scope and impact of this work, the video showcases the importance of investing in infrastructure that can better withstand future seismic events.
As an Orange County video production company, Shields Films specializes in helping engineering firms, public agencies, and infrastructure organizations communicate complex projects through professional visual storytelling that informs, engages, and inspires audiences.
